Scanning from the Lexmark printer to Mac computer
The first step is to load the original on the scanner glass or in the ADF of your Lexmark printer.
If you have loaded the original in the ADF, make sure that the document is loaded with its print-side facing up. Similarly, if you have placed the document on the scanner glass of your printer, ensure that the document is loaded with its print-side facing down.
Now, on your Mac computer, open the Printers and Scanners window from the System Preferences application.
Under the Printers section, locate and click on your Lexmark printer.
Now, click the Scan tab followed by the Open Scanner button.
The preview of the document will be displayed on the Scanner screen.
To change the default scan settings, click on the Show Details button on the Scanner screen.
